Law Firms

As a former practicing corporate and securities lawyer, the particular culture and landscape of law firms and law school are not only familiar to me, but also greatly inform how I conceptualize and facilitate as a psychotherapist and mental health educator.

GROUPS

I offer a number of programs (including live workshops and seminars, online classes, and comprehensive education curriculums) for business and legal services, for lawyers, and cross functionally. Together we sort through continuing education and LawPro risk assessment credits (as applicable by state and province), as well as addressing any other specific learning development needs your firm has identified.  While I am not bilingual, I am happy to assist in coordinating and developing French or Spanish language programming where helpful.

INDIVIDUALS

While we are trained to be diligent and reliable lawyers, we are not trained to manage the personal impact of legal practice as well as how to be effective, kind, and successful people managers. The particular challenges and successes experienced in the context of legal training are greatly helped when they occur in tandem with personal and professional coaching. With a view to expanding and enriching the profession through inclusion of all talent, I have a strengths based approach that prioritizes individual goals and giftings.

I work cross functionally and across levels. Coaching services are generally offered and arranged through organizations looking to support managers, leaders, and specific team members.
