I have worked in both the private and public arenas and with professional for profit and not for profit organizations. I am equipped to support systems as well as individual leaders and team members. Since diverse and inclusive teams are critical to organizational well-being and strong individual mental health, equitable development of talent is an integral part of my work.

INDIVIDUALS

As a Certified Co-Active Coach, I support individuals looking to develop and grow into the next level of performance.  I work cross functionally and across levels, focusing on developing and exploring individual giftings and vulnerabilities. Coaching services are generally offered and arranged through organizations looking to support managers, leaders, and specific team members.
